KPS Best Practice Roadshow 2008 (BPR 2008)

A Final chance to secure a FREE KPS BPR 2008 workshop! KPS will NOT be accepting any new BPR 2008 Registrations/enquiries post 1730Hrs on Monday 19th May 2008. Should you have any queries or requirements please contact Gemini Gohil directly or via the KPS Service Desk asap on Monday. Thank you.

Watch out! The KPS Best Practice Roadshow (BPR) 2008 team are coming to a meeting room near you!! Gemini Gohil, KPS Consultant - Project Manager, BPR 2008.

The KPS BPR is a unique event fully sponsored by KPS Consultants Ltd bringing half day (up to three hour) management best practice workshops to you - see BPR 2008 Schedule below for a list of available workshops. For those that have used or are familiar with the expression 'There is no such thing as a free lunch' - think again - KPS Consultants' MD gives you the KPS BPR 2008!

This is the first time KPS Consultants are organising such a Roadshow so the team will only be traveling to destinations within England and Wales, but don't worry, subsequent annual Roadshow's may take place in Scotland, Ireland and possibly across Europe. It is anticipated that the BPR 2008 will be for one full week hosting nine or more three hour workshops. Yes that's right nine! Based on responses and meetings within only a week, the KPS BPR 2008 may be extended to two weeks on a management by exception basis at the sole discretion of KPS Consultants' MD, Nish Kotecha. So if you see a workshop you like but its status is 'Red' please contact Gemini Gohil (see below) as KPS may add repeat workshops as part of an extended BPR 2008 or within the same week pending demand for workshop topics.

Delivery of BPR 2008 Workshops

KPS Consultants have decided to deliver free annual BPR workshops as KPS strongly believes in the power of interactive workshops as a means to initiate best practice management techniques within your organisation! Lucky for delegates, KPS Consultants have the knowledge and experience of how to do this in the most fuss free manner! BPR 2008 will allow KPS Consultants to come to delegates and transfer their knowledge and experiences so that delegates can walk away knowing what could be done to improve their organisational operations.

Many organisations host similar events which offer free 45 minute or one hour workshops at a central location of their own choosing in order to promote their own business activities and increase revenue streams. From experience this is hardly sufficient time to cover subject matter to a satisfactory level, so based on delegate, peer and client feedback KPS chose to be different! The KPS BPR invites delegates to take advantage of one or more free workshops for up to 3 hours at a location most convenient for them, their own offices with their own colleagues, perhaps part of the same project or programme! Lead Delegates from within an organisation are effectively empowered to nominate the remaining workshop delegates. After all it is delegates that are best suited to evaluate whom within their organisation would most benefit from BPR workshops, not KPS!

3 reasons to participate in the BPR 2008

  • Attend one or more free workshops where delegates will learn new things with absolutely no strings attached or further obligations!
  • Reduce your carbon foot print - KPS Consultants travel to you thus removing the need for all individual delegates to travel. Why pay to consume unnecessary resources in another building when your offices already have these resources!
  • Debate your organisational issues openly and in confidence alongside internal colleagues and receive free expert advice from an impartial and independent outside consultant. Knowing that confidential and personal details will remain within your organisations four walls!

The BPR 2008 schedule and itinery is currently as below from Monday 23/06/08 to Friday 27/06/08 with workshops taking place both in the mornings and afternoons. Facilitators will be equipped with a HD Compatible projector and flip chart.
