KPS Management Responsibility
In summary KPS value you for who you are, and what you can bring us. And lets not forget what KPS can do for you! Something Organisations often tend to neglect/forget, particularly some time after initial employment!
KPS has the responsibility of ensuring that no individual is discriminated against for the reasons in the afore mentioned categories concerning employment, training or promotions since the Quality of services provided is influenced by the level of skill the individuals possess or their abilities and not for example their ethnicity.
The Management Team will support the aims when conducting all business activities and promote the Equal Opportunity standard throughout the organisation and educate other organisations who may not fully understand the seriousness of Equal Opportunities in today’s society or market place.
Additionally any discriminatory behaviour including taunting, harassment or bullying of any sort will not be tolerated and occurrences will lead to disciplinary action.
Please note that our policy and its practice will be continually monitored to ensure effectiveness.
KPS Strategic Partners and Associates
KPS Partners and Associates will need to demonstrate that they too operate with an effective Equal Opportunities policy as they too will be representing KPS when selected to do so. The latter includes when operating with KPS as part of a consortium, Joint Venture or as a sub-contractor.
