KPS Consultants Ltd complies with the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998. KPS is fully registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) as a Data Controller, registration number Z9312156. KPS ensures the management of our manual and electronic systems containing any personal data we collect from you meets the eight principles of the DPA during the handling of any data:

As a registered Data Controller, we will uphold your privacy rights and ensure that the data or personal details we have on file or are sent from you are not disclosed to any organisation that is not associated with KPS.
