Office / Administration Personnel:

Graduate Careers:
- Excellent first degree (2:1 or above) with experience in a project management or business management environment
- Ability to demonstrate rapid career progression with increasing responsibility in project roles as your experience and competencies develop
- Strong interpersonal skills
- An understanding of some project methodologies, processes and project issues
- Business analysis or problem solving skills
Early stages of your Programme and Project Management career:
- Excellent first degree (2:1 or above) with experience in a project management or business management environment
- Ability to demonstrate rapid career progression with increasing responsibility in project roles as your experience and competencies develop
- Strong interpersonal skills
- An understanding of one or more OGC Best Practice products such as PRINCE2, MSP, M_o_R methodologies
- Business analysis or problem solving skills
- Ability to lead projects or work streams in a larger programme
- Experience of working at different levels of an organisation
Experienced Programme and Project Management candidates:
In addition to a mimimum of all the above:
- Strong consultancy skills with a track record in working at all levels in an organisation up to Board level
- Management expertise, with strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen to understand requirements and formulate and deliver creative solutions to client issues
- Leadership and addition of value to substantial programmes and projects with large teams, from project start up through to project closure
- implementations involving significant performance improvement or business transformation
